Coppa di Roncole Verdi

It is obtained from the cervical muscles of heavy domestic pigs. Unlike other meat cuts, Coppa has intense flavor and perfumes, with sweet taste. Despite it is particularly suited to industrial processing, our Coppa is hand-worked and seasoned in the same cellars where Culatello di Zibello cures. Coppa seasons at least 6-months and its average weight is 2 KG.
